I don't have an answer but related information. I recently got aon old set
of "orchestral excerpts" published some time before 1911 in Germany. It
includes the solo part of the Mozart concerto (titled as in Bb!) with
written out cadenzas (no indication that Mozart didn't compose them!)
In an interesting contrast in authenticity the same volume includes the
"Parto" part with the original passages for basset clarinet as well as
versions for a normal instrument.
