Good subject. Right now I have just completed a big essay on that
very subject. It will be put on Stan Geidel's WWW as part of a
series that he asked me to write for him. You can have a preliminary
copy privately (for which I want a good recipe for a one-pot stew),
or else you can wait about a week and get the final version from the
web (for which I also want a good recipe for a one-pot stew).
