In brief we're looking at the differences between what Weber wrote on the
paper and attempts to transcribe what people (including the person he
composed for) actually played (both during his brief life and afterwards). I
suggest you use the Weston clarinet part but feel free to remember what you
picked up from the Lienau edition and any other performances you've heard.
Because of the "authenticity" (with respect to one or other Baermann) of
some of the editions this may be a better vehicle for discussing spontaneity
than Mozart.
