available for Inter-Library loan (in the U.S.(!)): Univ.of California (at
Riverside & Berkeley), Univ. of Illinois, Brandeis, Univ. of Michigan,
Univ. of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), Oberlin Coll., Univ. of Oklahoma,
Univ. of Pennsylvania, Brigham Young Lib. (Univ. of Utah - where else?),
Univ. of Washington, Univ. of Wisconsin. Does this help anybody??
