On Jan. 20, Mr. (or Ms.) Sanchez asked "What is acetone?", referring to
Roger Shilcock's warning that it should not be kept in the house.
Acetone is the main ingredient in everyday nail polish remover that women
everywhere keep in their bathroom medicine cabinets and use on their
fingernails. But, yes, it should be handled carefully because it is
flammable.
