The books by Brymer (Clarinet) and David Pino have quite a few alternate
fingerings. The Brymer book has a good discussion of resonance fingerings.
There is a book by Tom Ridenour which is much more in the way of a
comprehensive guide, though still not exhaustive, but has quite a few
detailed comments about tuning and response and specific performance uses of
different fingerings. It is available from Leblanc.
