I would certainly recommend the G. Henle Verlag edition of Opus 120. It is
a bit expensive but well worth the money. Regarding "urtext" I quote from
the Preface to this publication "The sources upon which this edition is
based are Brahms' personal copy of the Simrock first edition (1895),
preserved in the archives of the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde of
Vienna...and also a copyist's manuscript of the score and both parts, which
was corrected by Brahms, and which served as the engraver's model for the
first edition..."
