Subj: who publishes the Bloch books?

I need to order the Kalman Bloch books "The Orchestral Clarinet". I have
the first vol but need the other books. How many books are out? I know of
vol 2. Mainly what is the publisher of the other books? I need this to
order them through my music source in Columbus. The first is by the Boston
Music Company but the other books are by some other publisher. Anyone
know?
