I've found the info Mr. Fobes and others contributed about Moenning's
work helpful and interesting. I'm still curious about whether a
Moenning-reamed barrel has any application to a "normal" R-13.

I'm exploring just now some of O. Lee Gibson's writing about Moenning
and, thanks also to the contributions made in this group, I think I'm
understanding a bit more about what he (and others) did.
