Sorry, I don't know what it's made of (although I'd love to find out!)...
I have another question, however. Would cork grease be at all harmful if
used as lip balm? This is sort of a strange question, but I was
discussing lip balms and cork grease with another clarinetist and she
mentioned that she'd had to use cork grease as lip balm once when she was
at some sort of music camp and had forgotten to bring something for
chapped lips (caused by lots and lots of practice...).
