I would suggest borrowing an A clarinet from someone. Maybe your HS has one-
You never know what is buried in the back of a closet. : )

Maybe you could borrow one from a teacher in the area. Who knows maybe they
have a used horn for sale!!

Some practice in sightreading is also good! : ) I know that it's not that
fun- but it does get better with practice. Trust me!
