I, for one, do not get the "pre-performance jitters". I don't know why, but
I never have. I think it has a lot to do with my self confidence. I know
that I have put a lot of time into it in the practice room. I know the
piece, probably mostly memorized, and nothing can throw me. If you
concentrate on what you are doing and lose yourself in your music, you
should have no problem relaxing.
