I would really appreciate it if you would look these sources up
for me. I can't get access to any college libraries, and it
would really help me to have some reading material to study on
reed stuff. The second semester of my senior year looks to be
very light if you don't count my college auditions. Thanks--Julianne

Try Kalmen Oppermans book and Glen Bowans book on reed making. I
would share the titles of these two wonderful sources but I
always get the two titles mixed up. If you are near a
university both of these sources will be in the library.
Ore-mail me at the above address and I will be happy to look
them up for you.

I am a high school student who is very frustrated with
commercial reeds. I am interested in learning about reed
making. I have learned a little bit about reed adjustment for
example on commercial reeds. Do you have any suggestions of
books to read on reed making? Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks.
