Many issues of "The Clarinet" contain an insert for ordering back issues.
If you cannot find one of these forms in your back issues, I suggest you

There are two indices covering the magazine through Vol 13 (Summer 1986),
which are also for sale. (Here's a project for someone - indexing 10
