Simple! Make a letterhead for yourself! This isn't difficult in the
"desktop publishing" age: anyone with word processing software and access
to a laser printer can do it! (this may seem "dishonest", but it is
perfectly acceptable nowadays to have a personal letterhead for business
purposes!)
