Noblet C has some god-awful intonation problems. Like the high C, which
is so flat that I have to open a side key when I play it. The B below it
is somewhat flat, too. The throat A is way sharp. And you have to use
creative fingerings for some of the highest register notes.
I have experimented with several mouthpieces and have found that the one
supplied by Leblanc is best, intonation-wise.
