And, lest I accused of doing nothing but joking, I have a serious
question I meant to ask sooner, but here goes. I have some free
time around the holidays, so, besides practicing, I'd like to
do some reading around the history of clarinets, classical music,
jazz clarinet (I have "Swing, Swing, Swing" and am craving more),
jazz in general (esp. Dixie and Bebop), and anything else that folks
here can recommend to help educate us avocational types.
