David,
Not to sound snide or anything, but what ever happened to good
old hard work, like transcribing and transposing the horn part you have?
I assume you've seen bass clef before and can transpose on paper (if not
at sight). This is by far the quickest solution to your problem and it is
educational to boot. If you had simply started to do it instead of
waiting for a reply and an exchange of snail mail, you'd have it done by
now. Happy scribbling.
