I'd like to hear some talk on reed machines. I use the Reed Wizard made by
Ben Armato and have had success adjusting bad or dying reeds. Any one else
use the Reed Wizard or other machines? I still sometimes use a knife for
some fine adjusting but not too often. Start the talk - please try and
keep your jokes and comedy acts to a minimum - I really like checking
e-mail once a day and getting 70 messages - 1/2 useless dribble. It would
be nice if this list kept some resemblance of class and not trash people,
questions, or other things. Remember that no question is dumb. If it
weren't for all those amateur clarinetist out there our profession would be
pretty small - those are the people who buy clarinets, accessories, and
orchestra tickets so don't make fun of their inquisitions or interests.
