Take a break: go for a walk, swim, see a movie. Then try to find a new
stimulus: maybe listen to some recordings or play different music "for
fun". Change your practise routine. Try to do anything you can to
provide a breath of fresh air to your practising. The "rut" doesn't
usually last long. Been there,
