Wow, good luck!!!!! How about trying some long standing music store, oh,
like Ponte's in New York? Maybe they have some catalogues from way back
when. Or go to the library and look for old catalogues. Try Bihof (not
sure of the spelling) Music in Milwaukee. They have been in business
since the year one - used to be on North Ave and about 54th street. They
might have an idea.
