Janis,

I like you realize that the "ee" sylable arches your tongue to minimize
movt. I teach the tee syllable on a regular basis (I think I learned this
from reading up on Bonade). I never had an drill for getting students to
arch the tongue that was that easy. Thanks for the tip!
