Klocker, etc.: Several years ago I wrote to Hr. Klocker in very proper
German--I thanked him for all his many efforts in finding and recording
such a wonderful collection of works for our instrument. I had some very
specific questions (concerning some guitar and clarinet works, amongst
others). After recieving no response after several months I wrote once
again--eventually I got a letter back from his-wife-he was on tour and very
busy but when he returned from tour for the holidays he would answer.
That was Christmas time 1987--as of this date I have nothing from him.
I am not writing to find fault--but I guess Hr Klocker finds things and

records them for and of himself. It really is too bad--I remember the
late Jerry Pierce (a man generous almost to a fault with his collection)
also writing, etc.
