I just returned from Moscow and am catching up on e-mail traffic,
so pardon me if this thread has already been dropped.
I too have had a bad experience with Dorn. I ordered some music by
phone, received the wrong stuff, returned it, and was left with a credit.
Since that time, every 60 days or so I recieve increasingly more
threatening messages about the money I owe them which curiously enough is
the same size as the amount they actually owe me. This has been going on
since February. Letters and messages containing photocopies of their own
invoices are neither acknowledged nor answered. Neither has a check in the
amount I am owed been forthcoming.
I should mention that I dealt with Dorn twice previously. On
neither occasion were there any problems. Needless to say, I will not be
dealing with them again until this situation is cleared up.
