Yes. The journal, "The Clarinet," is published by the International Clarinet
Society 4 times per year. I don't have an 800 number, but the address for
joining the association (which entitles you to the journal) is: International
Clarinet Association, Elena Lence Talley, PO Box 7683, Shawness Mission,
Kannsas 66207-0683. The fee is $30/yr.
It's a fun journal.
