Hello.
As some of you may already know, I've got a turn of the century wooden C
clarinet(super-difficult simple system fingering as standard) I have been
told it is rosewood. I do not know. It is a dark reddy-brown, does this
sound right? The thing is, am playing it with my bog-standard cheapo
plastic mouthpiece(The original was broken and it did not take reeds of
any known size) Does this affect the dulcet tones I shold be geeting out
of it. IT squeaks and goes out of tune very easily as well. Any Ideas?

Please help me.
Frances
