Donald,
In the US there are quite a few people playing old clarinets
nowadays. One who comes to mind is Larry McDonald, who is at Oberlin. He
also plays in the Smithsonian Institution's early music ensemble on
chalumeau and early clarinets. I guess you can contact him at Oberlin's
