Nate,

A not-so-hard clarinet part (but it sounds impressive to the
audience) and an easy band part can be found in a piece of
fluff by Henry Fillmore titled "Lightning Fingers, Solo for
Clarinet with Band Accompaniment."

Lots of fast notes that have to be played cleanly and evenly
in the clarinet part...oom pah pah in the band part.

The copy I have shows Copyright 1961 by Carl Fisher, Inc.
