There are two recordings that I know about of the Shaw CLARINET CONCERTO
with band/wind ensemble accompaniment. One has been mentioned - the Bruce
Yeh recording with the DePaul University Jazz Ensemble on Reference
Recordings <RR 55 CD>.

Yesterday, I received a free copy (not for sale) of a recording made by the
ACC Heritage of America Band, Langley Air Force Base Virginia with Senior
Airman Sandra Hatton as clarinet soloist. I haven't had time to give a
listen. The CD also includes several wind solos with band accompaniment. The
albus is entitled SOLO! These were sent out to university clarinet
instructors and band directors. Perhaps you know someone who could leand you
their copy.
