Hi Dan,

I think I have the same score and set of parts that Steve is using. I
think we have come to an agreement and he will play his part as written;
I think it is correct.

Your version is obviously different. Mine is scored by F. Grofe for
full orchestra incl. three saxes and has a lot of playing for the bass
clarinet. Could you give us some more info on your version? There is a
jazz band version which differs considerably. Perhaps that is what you
have? Let us both know. Thanks
