Subj: X.400 Delivery Report
Date: Tue, 7 Nov 1995 12:04:11 -0500

I received the following message after posting a NOTE to KLARINET. My
message appeared in the KLARINET Digest as expected, but the "X.400 Delivery
Report" I received implies it was not delivered. Can anyone explain what is
going on? I've gotten these before and resent my message, only to find that
it appeared twice on KLARINET!

I've left out a lot of the mesage - what is listed below seems to be the
pertinent stuff:

>X-From: /@-----.400 Gateway)
>To: DYungkurth@-----.com
>Subj: X.400 Delivery Report
>From: X.400 Domain: (c=US;a=COMPUSERVE;p=SIA)

>Delivery report for message 951107050831 >515664.456256 DHI34

>To: >X400:(c=US;a=COMPUSERVE;p=SIA;o=SIAMAIL;ou=MADI1;s=HU>BACL)
>Status: Delivery failed
>Time: 04:24:34 GMT 07-Nov-95
>Reason: 0 - Unable To Transfer
>Diagnostic: 2 - MTA Congestion
>Explanation: Message Transfer Agent overloaded - >cannot process message.

Thanks for any input or suggestion if that is what I need!
