Three come to mind. Alfred Reed's arrangement of Weber's Concertino is
doable. Only a sax lick potentially poses a problem. IMO, it's about a
grade 4/5. Canticle by James Curnow is great and extremely easy to pull
off. You might want to embellish the solo part, maybe even add a cadenza.
Grade 3/4. Rimsky-Korsakov wrote a Koncertestucke for clarinet and military
band. I don't know if it's in print, though.
