Hi James,

I might be interested in your clarinet. I've played most of my life on a
Buffet (Crampon) that is probably 20 years older than the one you're selling.
I've considered looking for another instrument but I guess I've been
unwilling to take a chance on the problems (workmanship, possible cracks
developing, etc.) that others describe when they make a "new" purchase.

I don't have a problem with the price if I like the instrument. I'm looking
for a clarinet that's tight, plays in tune, and is in good mechanical
condition. According to my "phonedisk" you're in Anaheim, California. I
live just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Get back to me if you want to ship it out here so I can take a look at it.
