Michael,
Re your query about Brahms sonata transcriptions: Kent Kennan has
transcribed one of the sonatas for clarinet and piano (I forget which
one). I think Larry Combs recorded it on the same CD which has the
Prokofiev sonata transcription and one other work. I don't know who
publishes it.
