Friends,

I am pleased to announce that the Online Clarinet Resource is now available on
the internet's World Wide Web. We are now ready to begin publishing articles,
announcements, reviews, and other materials of interest to clarinetists.

Please submit materials for publication to me via email at sgeidel@-----.net

Articles for general (non-refereed) submission are subject to review only by the
editor. Articles may be on any topic of interest to clarinetists.

Articles submitted for our Refereed Article Area are reviewed
by the members of the Review Board. If the Board approves the
article for publication, it will then be published in the Refereed Area.
Refereed articles traditionally have received special favor by the academic
community when applying for tenure, merit pay, or promotion; historically
they have been a more impressive credential than a non-refereed article.

Reviews and Announcements are also accepted for publication, subject to
the editor's review. Reviews may be of recordings, new compositions, or
performances by major artists. Announcements of faculty appointments,
promotions, new compositions, premiers of new works, etc are also accepted.
