I agree with Liberson in recommending the Ben Haim Three Songs Without Words -
they're lovely and effective works. If it's not absolutely a requirement that
the composer be Israeli, I would also recommend Srul Irving Glick Suite
Hebraique, published by Boosey & Hawkes. Very pleasing and accessible to most
audiences.

Please share what other music you find - I'd love to know.
