I finally learned how to flutter tongue last year in my woodwind
methods class... and a percussionist in the class taught me how to do
it. When I flutter tongue, it feels like I'm rolling my R's in the
back of my mouth, so that my tongue is close to the soft palate. I
don't know if this will help you or not, but good luck!
