Hello All,

I've been following the discussion on Maslanka and wind ensemble
music because I'm performing in a wind ensemble right now that is
preparing to play _A Child's Garden of Dreams_ on our next concert. I'm
enjoying working on this piece, even though parts of it can drive you
insane pretty quickly!!
Anyway, I have two questions:

1. Can someone give me some pointers on how to flutter tongue?
This is a technique I've never been able to figure out.

2. How do you tune in the sections that are played on the mouthpiece
and barrel without the clarinet? It seems like this will sound pretty
gross...we haven't practiced this movement yet so I don't know.
