Sorry to be so gloomy. Michael Haydn did not write a clarinet concerto.
The recording you heard was most probable made in Romania and recorded by
Aurelian Octav Popa. The sleeve notes fail to mention that this was a
flute concerto originally, a fact that was also over looked by several of
the CD reviews. As far as I know there is no edition, but if any one want
the address of the soloist they are free to contact me. He conducts an
orchestra on the Black Sea coast at Constanta.
