I bought Clarinet Virtuosi of the Past from Luyben Music this summer - $49.95.
It's been brought back in paperback by:
Fenton Music Limited (Pamela Weston's publishing concern)
Fleming Road, Earlstrees, Corby, Northants, NN17 42N

Sorry the spelling is "Fentone"

This is the same publisher as More Clarinet Virtusi, also in paperback.
