Carolyn,
I bought mine from Russianoff Winds in New York when it was still
in business. They imported directly from Pamela in England and I guess
you still have to do that. The address was (last time I checked): Pamela
Weston 56 Tilehouseway, Denham Green, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB9 5JD,
England. However, I find it difficult to believe that Eble Music or
Patelson's in New York (or even your local bookstore) cannot order it for
you.
