First, I want to thank everybody who responded to my question about Karl
Leister. I now have plenty of information for my essay--thank you!

After hearing about Pamela Weston's "Clarinet Virtuosi" series on this
list, I decided that I should look into buying these books. But as I
called around to various boodstores here in Omaha, I was told two things:
they're not available in the U.S., and they're out of print. Does
anybody know if they are indeed out of print? If they are still
available, is there anywhere in the U.S. where one can buy them?
