Pardon my cynicism, but I don't believe there is such a thing as a
realistic price for a Kaspar. I could have bought one in 1988 for US$120,
which seemed too high to me at the time; I subsequently found out that it
would have been a bargain. I was later offered the same mouthpiece for
C$300 (and turned it down again).
