I have heard dome say to use it once a month, some say this is
bad and to use it once or twice a year. I've had a few teachers tell me to
not use it at all. the only thing they all agree on is that if used, don't
use too much or it will do more harm than good. The only oil I've got a
responce to is key oil. All of my teachers so far has said to use key oil
once a month. Even though they agree on this, there is a debate on how to
apply it correctly and the kind of oil to use still is questionalble.
