Another work to investigate is the five-movement _Jazz Fantasy for Two
Clarinets_ by the composer William O. Smith (also known as the
performer Bill Smith, who plays/played with Dave Brubeck). I've heard a
performance of the piece and liked it a lot. I don't have a phone
number for Mr. Smith, but he can probably be contacted at Ravenna
Editions, 5607 16th Avenue N.E., Seattle, WA 98105.
