Robert,
Charles Colin Music Publishers in New York City has a few volumes
of such duets. More recently, Johnny LaPorta put out a volume of duets
published by Belwin (alias, Columbia Pictures Publ.) for many different
combinatios of instruments. My favorite, which has been out of print for
many years, is by Ben Paisner, published by Gornston. It is Swing Duets.
