I would advise you see someone as soon as possible as these things have a
habit of getting worse. I reckon you should have an Alexander lesson as
it may well be something like tension in or your shoulder or elbow when
you're playing (or even a problem with the way you write or type which is
putting strain on and weakening the wrist). I've got quite a back problem
which affected my writing and bassoon playing - Alexander technique
controlled the writing bit and a floor spike sorted out my wrist. Good luck!
