Everett,
Since he is Hungarian, a good place to start would be the
Boosey & Hawkes catalogue because they distribute E.M. Hungaricus, which
used to be the state publishing company. Call Foreign Music Distributors
in Nutley, NJ (I think they are still there). They do a huge amount of
importing and they may be able to track it down for you. Have you checked
with Library of Congress? They get lots of copies of stuff from
publishers, including foreign material. Finally, why not contact Walter
Boykens? I'm sure that the ICS can give you his
address/phone #, etc. Good luck.
