Michael,

I'm curious about your statement that all band students in your district
are required to play a Vandoren B45 mp. By what process have you or
someone else determined that this is the best mouthpiece for all students?

In my experience the correct mouthpiece is determined by the particular
embouchure of the player, reed, clarinet involved.
