So, Dan Leeson suggested that it might be a Bb clarinet at high pitch,
and my idea was that it might be a C clarinet at low pitch.
Interesting. I have always been under the impression, unsupported by any
evidence which would be acceptable in an academic environment, that high
pitch meant A@-----. Any other ideas?
